Ground Service Supervisor
Leading, directing, and coordinating the efforts of ground, line, and cabin
service personnel and ensuring the timely delivery of all services for airlines
as contracted. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assigning
shifts for both full-time and part-time employees; monitoring and ensuring the
safe and efficient operation of all airline ground support equipment, reporting
any functional or mechanical discrepancies; coordinating with each assigned
carrier to meet the cargo and baggage service requirements, ensuring on-time
schedules; taking responsibility for equipment and maintaining its safe and
efficient operating status.
Collaborating with other supervisors and managers to coordinate activities
across departments; determining the manpower needs; ensuring fair, timely, and
consistent implementation of disciplinary procedures. Upholding the company's
