Aircraft Cabin Agent

The primary responsibility of Aircraft Cabin Agents at major airports is to
adhere to company, client, and regulatory policies, specifications, and
standards while performing cleaning and security searches on designated
aircraft. The essential duties and responsibilities of Aircraft Cabin Agents
include:
- Vacuuming aircraft floors, mopping galleys, and cleaning tray tables.
- Cleaning aircraft lavatories and emptying waste receptacles.
- Stocking cabin service supplies.
- Maintaining the cabin service supply room.
Aircraft Cabin Agents may be required to work in an outdoor, under-wing aviation
environment, where a significant portion of their day is spent performing
outdoor tasks. They may also spend some of their workday in a warehouse or
workroom setting.
The work of Aircraft Cabin Agents can vary based on factors such as flight
schedules, delays, weather conditions, and passenger volume. It is common for
them to work non-standard shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights. The
nature of their work is subject to change and adapt according to the operational
demands of the airport and airline.
