Singapore Airlines provides a dedicated Lost and Found service to help
passengers recover belongings left on board, at the airport, or in lounges. If
you misplace an item on a Singapore Airlines flight, the first step is to
contact the Lost and Found office at your arrival airport, as all recovered
items are typically handed over to the airport authorities.
At Singapore Changi Airport, Singapore Airlines’ main hub, the Lost and Found
office is located in the arrival halls. Passengers can also submit a Lost Item
Report through the Singapore Airlines website or by contacting customer service.
When reporting, it is important to provide details such as flight number, travel
date, seat number, and a description of the item.
For items lost at other airports, passengers should contact the respective
airport’s Lost and Found department. If the item was left in a SilverKris Lounge
or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, inquiries can be made directly with the lounge staff
or through Singapore Airlines’ customer service channels.
To improve the chances of recovery, Singapore Airlines recommends reporting lost
items as soon as possible. Once an item is found, arrangements can be made for
pickup or delivery, subject to local airport regulations.
Passengers may also seek assistance via Singapore Airlines’ global contact
centers, which operate 24/7.
If you require additional assistance, it's best to contact Singapore Airlines'
customer service team for further information.
