Online Check-in

Passengers can check in online through the Scoot website or mobile app. Online check-in typically opens 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time and closes 1 hour before departure. During online check-in, passengers can select seats, purchase additional services, and obtain their boarding passes.

Airport Check-in

Passengers also have the option to check in at the airport by visiting the designated check-in counters. The check-in counters open several hours before the scheduled departure time and close approximately 60 minutes before departure. It is recommended to arrive at the airport with sufficient time to complete the check-in process, clear security, and reach the boarding gate on time.
