Korean Air provides a dedicated Lost and Found service to assist passengers in
recovering belongings left on board, at the airport, or in Korean Air lounges.
If you misplace an item on a Korean Air flight, the first step is to contact the
Lost and Found office at your arrival airport, as recovered items are usually
handed over to the airport authorities.
At Incheon International Airport, Korean Air’s primary hub, the Lost and Found
office is located within the terminal facilities and managed through the
airport’s centralized Lost and Found service. Passengers can also submit a Lost
Item Report online via the Korean Air website. When filing a report, it is
important to include details such as your flight number, travel date, seat
number, and a clear description of the lost item.
For belongings lost at other airports, passengers should contact the respective
airport’s Lost and Found department. If items are left in a Korean Air lounge,
inquiries can be made directly with lounge staff or through Korean Air’s
customer service channels.
To increase the chances of recovery, Korean Air advises passengers to report
lost items as soon as possible. Once located, items can typically be collected
at the airport or shipped to the passenger, depending on local regulations.
Travelers may also reach out to Korean Air’s global customer service centers,
available 24/7.
If you require additional assistance, it's best to contact Korean Air'
customer service team for further information.
