Kenya Airways offers several check-in options to make the travel experience as convenient as possible for its passengers.

Online Check-in

Kenya Airways allows passengers to check in online through its website or mobile app. Online check-in is available from 24 hours up to 1 hour before the scheduled departure for most flights. Passengers can select seats, check baggage, and receive a mobile or printable boarding pass.

Airport Check-in

For passengers who prefer to check in at the airport, Kenya Airways provides check-in counters at all major airports. Check-in at the airport generally opens 3 hours before departure for international flights and 2 hours for domestic flights. The counters close 1 hour before departure for international flights and 45 minutes before departure for domestic flights.

Self-Service Kiosks

At select airports, Kenya Airways offers self-service kiosks for passengers to check in, print boarding passes, and tag their checked luggage.

Business Class and Flying Blue Members: Business Class passengers and members of Kenya Airways’ Flying Blue program with Silver, Gold, or Platinum status can enjoy priority check-in at dedicated counters for faster service.

It’s recommended to arrive at the airport well in advance of your departure time to allow for check-in, security, and boarding procedures.
