Emirates Lost and Found

Emirates provides a dedicated Lost and Found service to assist passengers in recovering personal belongings left on board, at airports, or in Emirates lounges. If you misplace an item on an Emirates flight, the first step is to contact the Lost and Found office at your arrival airport, as found items are usually handed over to the airport authorities.

At Dubai International Airport (DXB), Emirates’ main hub, the Lost and Found office is located in the arrivals area. Passengers may also submit a Lost Item Report through the Emirates website or by contacting customer service. When reporting, it is important to provide details such as flight number, travel date, seat number, and a detailed description of the item.

For items misplaced at other airports, passengers should reach out to the respective airport’s Lost and Found department. If the item was left in an Emirates Lounge, inquiries can be made directly with lounge staff or via Emirates customer service.

To increase the chances of recovery, Emirates recommends reporting lost items as soon as possible. Once located, items may be collected in person or shipped, subject to airport and local regulations.

Passengers can also seek help through Emirates’ 24/7 global contact centers.

If you require additional assistance, it's best to contact Emirates' customer service team for further information.
