EgyptAir Check-in

EgyptAir offers several convenient check-in options for passengers:

Online Check-in

Availability: Available 48 hours to 90 minutes before the scheduled departure time for most flights.

Process: Passengers can check in through the EgyptAir website or mobile app. During online check-in, you can select or change your seat, and receive your boarding pass electronically.

Baggage Drop: If you have checked baggage, it can be dropped off at dedicated counters at the airport.

Airport Check-in

Counters: EgyptAir has dedicated check-in counters at all airports where it operates.

Timing: Counters generally open 3 hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure for international flights, and 45 minutes before departure for domestic flights.

First Class and Business Class: Passengers in First Class or Business Class have access to dedicated check-in counters for quicker processing.

Mobile Check-in

Availability: Similar to online check-in, mobile check-in is available 48 hours to 90 minutes before departure.

Mobile Boarding Pass: Passengers can receive a mobile boarding pass that can be scanned directly at security and boarding gates.

Kiosk Check-in

Availability: At select airports, EgyptAir offers self-service kiosks where passengers can check in, select seats, and print boarding passes.
Timing: Kiosk check-in is generally available up to 60 minutes before departure.

Check-in at Lounges

Eligibility: First Class, Business Class, and EgyptAir Plus Gold and Platinum members may have the option to check in at select lounges.

Important Notes

Documentation: Passengers should have all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and booking references, readily available during check-in.

Arrival Time: It's recommended to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours before domestic flights to allow sufficient time for check-in and security procedures.
