Delta Air Lines provides a dedicated Lost and Found service to assist passengers
in recovering items left on board, at the airport, or in Delta Sky Clubs. If you
misplace an item during your journey, the first step is to contact the Lost and
Found office at your arrival airport, as found items are typically handed over
to the airport authorities.
At Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Delta’s primary hub, the
Lost and Found office is located in the terminal complex. Passengers can also
submit a Lost Item Report through the Delta website by using the online form.
When filing a report, it is essential to provide details such as flight number,
date of travel, seat number, and a clear description of the item.
For items lost at other airports, passengers should reach out directly to the
respective airport’s Lost and Found department. If belongings are left in a
Delta Sky Club lounge, inquiries can be made with the lounge staff or through
Delta’s customer service channels.
Delta recommends reporting lost items as soon as possible to improve the chances
of recovery. Once located, arrangements can be made for pickup or delivery,
depending on local regulations. Travelers may also seek assistance through
Delta’s global contact centers, available 24/7.
If you require additional assistance, it's best to contact Delta Air Lines'
customer service team for further information.
