Delta Air Lines Check-in

Passengers traveling with Delta Air Lines have several convenient check-in options available:

Online Check-in (Web Check-in)

You can check-in for your Delta Air Lines flight online starting 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. The online check-in window closes 60 minutes before departure (depending on your departure city and destination). During online check-in, you can receive a mobile boarding pass on your device or print a boarding pass.

This option is available for passengers with an electronic ticket on Delta Air Lines, who can access their reservation using a confirmation code, e-ticket number, or frequent flyer account.

Mobile Check-in

Passengers can check-in for their Delta Air Lines flight using their mobile device starting 24 hours before departure. This option allows you to receive a mobile boarding pass on your mobile device. Similar to online check-in, you need an electronic ticket on Delta Air Lines and access to your reservation using a confirmation code, e-ticket number, or frequent flyer account. Mobile check-in is available at airports that accept mobile boarding passes. If mobile boarding passes are not accepted, you can check-in and print a boarding pass at a self-service kiosk or ticket counter. Passengers traveling with infants will require a printed boarding pass.

Curbside Check-in

At most US airport locations, passengers can check-in for their Delta Air Lines flight curbside. This option is available from 30 minutes to 4 hours before the scheduled departure time (depending on the departure city and destination). You will need to present your photo ID and flight details (reservation code, flight number, or electronic ticket number) for check-in. You can visit the Delta Air Lines website for a specific list of participating airports.

Self-Service Kiosk Check-in

Delta Air Lines provides self-service kiosks at the airport for check-in. Passengers can check-in at these kiosks from 30 minutes to 4 hours before the scheduled departure time and receive a printed boarding pass.

Ticket Counter Check-in

Passengers can also check-in for their Delta Air Lines flight at the airport ticket counter. This option is available from 30 minutes to 4 hours before the scheduled departure time, and you will receive a printed boarding pass.

The minimum check-in time for Delta Air Lines flights is 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time for US domestic flights and 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time for international flights to/from the US. Boarding typically closes 15 minutes before departure for domestic flights and 45 minutes before departure for international flights to/from the US.

If you require additional assistance on check-in, it's best to contact Delta Air Lines's customer service team for further information.
