Air France Lost and Found

Air France provides a dedicated Lost and Found service to help passengers recover items left on board, at airports, or in Air France lounges. If you misplace an item on an Air France flight, the first step is to contact the Lost and Found office at your arrival airport, since recovered items are usually transferred to the airport’s lost property service.

At Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG), Air France’s main hub, passengers can contact the Paris Aéroports Lost and Found office, located in the arrivals area. Travelers may also submit a Lost Item Report through the Air France website or by contacting customer service. When filing a report, passengers should include details such as flight number, travel date, seat number, and a description of the lost item.

For items lost at other airports, passengers should contact the respective airport’s Lost and Found department. Items misplaced in an Air France Lounge, such as those at CDG or Orly, can be reported directly to lounge staff or through Air France customer service channels.

Air France advises passengers to report lost items promptly to improve recovery chances. Once located, items can be collected in person or returned by delivery, subject to local regulations.

Support is also available through Air France’s customer service centers, operating from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm daily (Paris time).

If you require additional assistance, it's best to contact Air France' customer service team for further information.
